1 ripe Avocado
1 cup Milk (you can use any milk of your choice, such as cow’s milk or almond milk)
2 tablespoons Sugar (adjust according to your taste)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
A pinch of Salt (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled shake)
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Put the avocado flesh into a blender.
Add milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if using) into the blender with the avocado.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker shake, you can add more avocado or reduce the amount of milk.
